Features redirect numbers

From Mixpbx

Jump to: navigation, search

The Mixpbx offers the possibility to redirect calls to a number. This can be configured in the routing options inside our webinterface. Thuis setup is in general easy. For some more special scenarios we defined a list of numbers and syntax that can be used in combination with the "redirect" feature.

incomingExtension

In most scenarios the redirect feature is used to redirect calls to external numbers. This is the reason why we apply by default an outgoing routing. But sometimes we just want to redirect the calls to a different incoming extension. You need to prefix the extension with the word 'incoming' to make sure the call stays in the incoming process of the call flow.

extension@CONTEXT

For some customers we have developed some special or unique call routing features. The syntax extensions@CONTEXT is used to access those dialplan parts.
