Device independent pickups and call stealing

You can pickup a call by dialling *EXTENSION (Example: *100) to pickup a ringing call.

You can take over a call (call stealing) by dialing #EXTENSION (Example: #100)

Call pickups

Call pickups do only work for incoming calls that are in the ringing state. You can either dial *extension to pickup a call or you can push the corresponding extension key. The extension LED will blink if an extension receives an incoming call.

Call stealing

You can steal an active call of an extension by calling that extension and using the prefix #. Example: #100
