Call flow process of a transfer with your mobile phone
Incoming call to your mobile phone
An incoming call is ringing in our office and on your mobile phone. As soon as you answer the call on your mobile phone, your office phone stops ringing.
Calling the destination to transfer the call
During the call you notice that you need to do a transfer. Just press "#" twice followed by the extension and another "#". The Mixpbx will but your current call on hold and plays the company music on hold to the calling party. You will be connected to the extension which you can talk to in order to announce the transfer.
Confirming the transfer
You can hangup to confirm the transfer or you press "*" twice to cancel the transfer. If you cancel the transfer you will be connected to the calling party.
