You can auto configure your Counterpath softphone by entering using one of the following "Login server":
You need to enter a username and password to launch the provisioning process. The password is either the SIP password of your extension or your voicemail PIN. The format of the username is a little more complex. It has to be composed out of the master username and the extension. Both are seperated by a "_" (underscore). Example: yourcompany_10
You do not have to use the composed username if you have only one company setup on your company (PBX in single company mode).
